Safety is our middle name.
The Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada (CPSAC) is a national, not-for-profit corporation formed in 2011. Its members promote child passenger safety through public education, advocacy and training.
The responsibility of governing CPSAC rests with an elected Board of Directors consisting of members from across Canada. The Board of Directors is elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting, and is governed by bylaws and policies.
In 2017, we adopted a renewed mission, vision, and goals to guide the organization through the next five years.
Our Mission
To provide Canadians with the skills and knowledge to safely transport children.
Our Vision
To be the Canadian leader in child passenger safety through education and advocacy.
Goals
- Be the largest child passenger training organization in Canada.
- Be the main source for child passenger safety best practice resources in Canada.
Our Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) Training course is endorsed by Parachute Canada.
Overall, an incredible experience. I felt accomplished after the course and feel empowered with my new knowledge.
